This is the Warranty Process:

• Customer Calls TBS and reports the problem.
  
  
• TBS assigns a Ticket Approval Number.
  
  
• With this number, customer can send the unit to the nearest Service Center to be fixed or changed.
  
  
• TBS notifies the estimated time of repairing or changing.
  
  
• TBS delivers the equipment already fixed.
